At Niphean, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality paddleboards and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

Niphean offers a 3-year limited warranty on all paddleboards purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or improper handling.

Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty coverage:
Proof of Purchase: Retain the original order confirmation or receipt.
Product Registration: Register your paddleboard on our website within 30 days of purchase.
Original Purchaser: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter a defect during the warranty period:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our team at sales@niphean.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Evidence: We may request photographs or additional information to assess the defect.
Resolution: If the defect is confirmed and covered under warranty, Niphean will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective part.
Replace the defective part or the entire paddleboard with an equivalent product.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by:
Misuse or abuse.
Accidents or impacts.
Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., prolonged sunlight, extreme temperatures).
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Limitations

Niphean's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
Niphean is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Additional Provisions

Shipping Costs: For warranty claims approved within the first 30 days of purchase, Niphean will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending the replacement. For claims made after 30 days, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
International Orders: Additional shipping charges and duties may apply for warranty claims outside of the United States.
