- Order Status: Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.Please note that additional time may be required for deliveries to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
3. Shipping Cost & Destinations
- For Paddle Boards: We offer complimentary shipping for paddle boards within the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the continental United States. Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska is subject to an additional fee of $100.
- For Accessories (ACC): For customers who purchase only accessories and have their delivery address within the United States,United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, a flat shipping rate of $6.99 will be applied.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
5. Shipping Delays and Exceptions:
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
6. Order Modifications and Address Changes:
It's free to change the shipping address before the goods are dispatched. However, if you want to change the address after the shipment has been made, a fee of $15 will be charged for each address modification.

- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and issuing a replacement or refund.
