- At Niphean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in reseliable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return:

- Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
