  • Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in reseliable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • How to Initiate a Return
  • To start a return:

  • Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
