This Warranty and Return Policy provides key information about our warranty coverage, as well as how to return or exchange your purchase. Please read through this policy carefully before completing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year warranty on all paddleboards purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or improper handling.
2. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must retain the original proof of purchase (order confirmation) and register your paddleboard on our website within 30 days of purchase.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- If you experience a defect during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team immediately to start the warranty claim process.
- We may need to inspect the product to verify the defect and may request photographic evidence or additional details.
- If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will either repair or replace the defective part or the entire paddleboard at our discretion. In some cases, we may offer a replacement of similar value.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the paddleboard must be in original, unused condition and free from any damage or wear.
A: For returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., you don’t like the product or it doesn’t suit your needs), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
B: If the return or exchange is due to a product defect (excluding user error – please see our Warranty section), Niphean will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is found to be defective under our warranty terms:
- Used paddleboards
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Missing accessories (e.g., paddles, fins, leash)
