  • - Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • - Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • 2. Shipping Destinations
  • - We currently ship within the United States only.
  • - Eligible regions include:
  •   • Contiguous 48 states
  •   • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may require additional delivery time and may incur extra shipping charges.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • 3. Estimated Delivery Times
  • - Continental U.S.: 5–8 business days (Standard), 3–5 business days (Expedited)
  • - Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days (Standard only)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.
  • 4. Shipping Costs
  • - Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Please refer to product pages or current promotions for details.
  • - Shipping fees for non-qualifying orders or expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
  • 5. Oversized Shipments
  • - Certain items, such as paddleboards or bundled products, may ship in multiple boxes and may arrive separately.
  • - Oversized items may require additional handling time or shipping fees, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
  • 6. Tracking & Delivery
  • - A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • - Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on package size and destination.
  • - Please monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery status.
  • 7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
  • If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please email support@nipheansup.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist accordingly.
  • 8. Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Niphean is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
