Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in reseliable condition.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
Clearance or final sale items.
Customized or personalized products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
