  • At Niphean, we take pride in the quality of our paddleboards and accessories. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help — with policies that are fair to both our customers and our operations.
  • 1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
  • - The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • - All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • - The product was not marked as Final Sale or offered as a free gift
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not qualify for a full refund.
  • 2. How to Start a Return
  • Please email us at support@niphean.com with:
  • - Your order number
  • - The reason for return
  • - Photos (required for defective, damaged, or used item claims)
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  • 3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
  • - Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • - For non-defective discretionary returns, a restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from your refund.
  • - For orders that included free shipping, original shipping costs may also be deducted.
  • - We recommend using trackable and insured shipping.
  • - Returns must be shipped to the designated Niphean regional warehouse as instructed by our support team.
  • - Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • 4. Refunds
  • - Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
  • - Allow 7–10 business days for processing.
  • - Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error.
  • - Refunds for incomplete, used, or damaged returns may be reduced or denied.
  • 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • - Please inspect your items upon delivery.
  • - Report any issues within 3 days to support@niphean.com, including your order number and photos.
  • - We'll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the issue.
  • 6. Oversized Item Returns (e.g. Paddle Boards)
  • Due to the size and logistics involved:
  • - All original components must be included
  • - Return freight fees apply and will be quoted in advance
  • - Returns with missing parts may incur additional deductions
  • - If the board has been inflated or used, it may not qualify for a full refund
  • 7. International Returns (Canada & Europe)
  • International returns are accepted for orders delivered to Canada and Europe.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs clearance fees.
  • Please contact our support team for the correct return address and detailed instructions before shipping.
